We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help.

Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at contact@dspiaestore.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with:

  • A return form to include with your package.
  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your items.

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive:

  • A defective or damaged item
  • The wrong item
  • A missing parcel, after tracking shows as delivered

All such issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery. We will evaluate the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

We currently do not accept exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same conditions as above: unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

All shipping costs, as well as any import duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer. Shipments with unpaid freight or duties may be rejected.
