DSPIAE PT-SR Sprue Rack

I bought 2 of these for my needs. And I cannot see myself building without them now. they do exactly as they are advertised! However I do think there is some flaws with the design.

The pros: the letter and number system is really nice! I can change out the numbers and letters easily and they are readable at a distance. Which is great!
I thought the fact they clipped together to be gimmicky, but that wasn't the case. It actually made it more stable and was nice for each time I bumped into my desk, they all held firm and upright.
They are just the right size and compact enough that I can fit 2 boxes of these in a small ziplock sandwich bag.

Cons: the sprue used for the numbers and letters is made of a cheap quality plastic. When I received them, some of the letters had been chipped on the spot that is meant to be slotted into the block I did partly fix this issue with some of the letters and numbers by cutting a piece of the runner off and gluing it to the letter and cutting/sanding it to shape. They where also sometimes difficult to remove without some large amount of effort involved
I'd like to have a small container to hold all my letters and numbers to be included.

The part that the part that clips onto the other parts is loose on some and snug on others. So it's slightly annoying. It would also be nice if I could adjust the length on them so the runners could be farther apart from each other if I wished it so.

The slot for the sprue/runner itself is great until you find one with an odd shape or placement of a part in the corner. Making it not sit well into the block. I do however have to say this seems to be true with all runner holders I have tested thus far from other companies.
I think this could be fixed by making it able to adjust it's size depending on the sprue/runner itself.

I do love these though and I think everyone should give these a try if you are needing to organize your area.
